General terms and conditions

This chapter defines the terms used in these conditions: event, admission ticket, service, consumer, visitor and unauthorised participant.

It sets out to whom the conditions apply and how they relate to separate contracts concluded with partners. The conditions are in force for an indefinite period from 20 March 2018.

It describes when the organiser may amend the conditions unilaterally, and what right of withdrawal the buyer has after such a change.

The legal relationship covers admission to events and services. The content of the programme also depends on the performing partners and is therefore not guaranteed.

For open-air events we designate a rain venue. Any change of venue is announced in advance; it does not give rise to a right of withdrawal.

It governs the handling of interrupted or postponed performances, and the method and deadline for ticket refunds.

The definition of an admission ticket, dynamic pricing, online and in-person purchase, the rules on transferring tickets, and the cases in which exchanges and refunds are excluded.

Entry procedures, prohibited items, visitor conduct, the use of photographs and sound recordings, security and first aid, and the house rules.

The limits of the organiser's liability, including entry delays, programme changes, parking and damage caused by visitors.

In the event of a breach of contract, the organiser may revoke the right of entry, invalidate the ticket and remove unauthorised participants.

Trademarks, logos and materials are the property of the organiser and its partners; they may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

The organiser is not liable for damage caused by unforeseeable events beyond its control – such as war, natural disaster or epidemic.
