What to do in case of fire

  1. Alert the fire brigade (112, 105 or 88/590-620): give the exact location, what is burning, what is at risk, whether lives are in danger, and your own name and phone number.
  2. Follow the instructions of the stewards and the public address system, and leave the area calmly and in an orderly manner.
  3. Avoid panic, and help children and people with reduced mobility.
  4. Keep escape routes and fire service access routes clear.

04

When the site is evacuated

Evacuation of the event area may be ordered in the following situations:

  • weather conditions that endanger the life or physical safety of those present,
  • a disturbance in which the sudden movement of the crowd puts others at risk,
  • an unforeseeable emergency (for example movement of a building, tree or structure),
  • a bomb alert.

During an evacuation the music stops, continuous information on escape directions is given over the PA system, and the stewards help the crowd leave smoothly. Care and onward transport for the injured is provided at the first aid point.

05

Escape routes and map

On the map, green arrows mark the escape routes and red icons the locations of fire extinguishers. Exits are marked with 1200 × 600 mm “EXIT” signs placed 2.5 m high.

06

Severe weather

The organisers receive weather warnings from the duty service of the Veszprém County Disaster Management Directorate and monitor the forecasts continuously.

  • Yellow

    Level one

Potentially dangerous but common phenomenon (e.g. gusts above 60 km/h). Stay alert.

  • Orange

    Level two

Dangerous phenomenon (e.g. severe thunderstorm, wind above 90 km/h, 2 cm hail). Move to shelter.

  • Red

    Level three

Widespread, highly damaging, life-threatening phenomenon. Follow the instructions of the authorities.

In case of danger, the programme may be stopped temporarily or permanently; we will then ask the audience over the PA system to move calmly to shelter, looking out for one another.

07

Safety and medical care

Before the event, stewards and security staff attend fire safety training, and they stay in radio contact throughout.

  • Medical care

Ambulance Medical Kft. (2000 Szentendre, Fehérvíz utca 6.), providing first aid.

  • Security service

Weapon Group Security Kft. – directions, entry control, keeping escape routes clear.

  • Fire safety

Fire extinguishers at the stages, the catering outlets and the information point.
