VeszprémFest house rules
01
Rain venue
For open-air performances the organiser designates a rain venue. If a performance moves there, this does not entitle the ticket holder to withdraw from the purchase. Seating arrangements may differ between the two venues.
02
Cancellation of a performance
A performance counts as having taken place if more than half of it has been performed, and if delays and breaks stay within the set limits. The ticket price of a cancelled performance can be reclaimed within 30 days with the original ticket and proof of purchase; the refund covers the ticket price only.
03
Photography and sound recording
Photographs and sound recordings may be made at the event, and visitors may appear in them. No separate consent is required for publishing these recordings, and no claims can be made against the organiser or the users of the recordings in this respect.
04
Accessibility
The open-air venues are accessible, and there is an accessible toilet in the main stage area. For any other questions, email info@veszpremfest.hu.
