The group's impact on the music industry has been recognized with numerous accolades: they received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014 and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021. Their release 3-D The Catalogue won the Grammy Award for "Best Dance/Electronic Album." Their performances are multimedia productions that combine 3-D visuals with their signature electronic soundscape.
