Main Stage

VeszprémFest is traditionally held in the historical Veszprém Castle. The backdrop for the event is the natural set of the beautiful baroque building of the Archbishop’s Palace.

A state-of-the-art stage is set up in the U-shaped space which also includes the building entrance and balcony. The driveway and the arched stage are set at the same height to give the audience a perfect view of the stage. The stage and seating plan reflect the venue’s greatest treasure: its baroque historical surroundings. Also, no compromise is made when it comes to the modern technical facilities for the European and world-class performances.
